Bizmitra ERP is a cloud application that runs the operating side of a small or mid-sized business — invoicing, inventory, accounting, CRM and HR — on the web, Android and iOS.
It is GST-ready, handles e-invoice and e-way bill, and syncs two-way with TallyPrime, so your accounts team can stay in Tally while everyone else moves off spreadsheets and WhatsApp.
Built by Drushtant Infoweb Pvt. Ltd., Gondal, Gujarat · In use across India and the GCC
Bizmitra ERP is a cloud-based business management system for small and mid-sized companies. It combines GST-compliant billing, real-time inventory, accounting, sales CRM and HR/payroll in a single application that runs on the web and on native Android and iOS apps, and it can synchronise two-way with TallyPrime.
In plain terms: it is the system your business runs on during the day — the invoice raised at the counter, the order taken in the field, the stock that moves out of the godown, the payment chased on Friday — with the numbers landing in one place instead of in six.
Most businesses that come to Bizmitra are not starting from nothing. They already have Tally for accounts, a billing package at the counter, a spreadsheet for stock, and WhatsApp holding the whole thing together. Nothing is wrong with any one of those tools. The problem is the seams between them: the same invoice keyed twice, stock figures that were true yesterday, and a sales team that has to phone the office to find out whether a customer has paid.
Bizmitra ERP closes those seams. Because billing, stock, accounts, CRM and HR sit on one database, an invoice raised on a salesman's phone updates stock, the customer ledger and the collections list at the same moment — and, if you use Tally, appears in Tally too. There is no nightly consolidation and no "send me the day book" call.
It is built by Drushtant Infoweb Pvt. Ltd., a software company in Gondal, Gujarat, and is used by businesses across India and the GCC.
You do not have to switch all of it on at once. Most businesses start with billing and inventory, add the mobile app for the field team, then bring CRM and HR in later.
The day-to-day ledger work, from the first quotation to the closing report.
Stock that reflects what is actually on the shelf, not what was on it last night.
For the people selling, and the managers who need to see what is happening.
The staff side of the business, in the same system as the money side.
Bizmitra is not a desktop product with a companion app bolted on.
What Bizmitra connects to, and what you can build on top of it.
Module availability varies by plan. See Bizmitra plans and pricing for what each tier includes.
This is the question we are asked most, so the answer is up front: Bizmitra does not force you off Tally. For most customers the two run side by side. Tally remains the accounting system of record that your CA and accounts team already know. Bizmitra runs everything that happens before the entry reaches Tally — the field invoice, the order, the stock movement, the collection.
The sync is two-way and real time. Masters such as customers, items, batches and price lists flow down from Tally to the people using Bizmitra. Vouchers raised in Bizmitra flow back up into Tally. Neither team re-types the other's work.
If you do not use Tally at all, that is fine too — Bizmitra's own accounting module can run the books on its own.

Compliance fails at the edges: the invoice raised in a hurry with the wrong HSN, the e-way bill someone forgot to generate before the truck left. Bizmitra puts those steps in the same screen as the document itself, so the person raising the invoice is the person who completes it.
For Indian businesses that means GST-compliant invoice formats, e-invoice (IRN) generation and e-way bills produced directly from the sales document, plus the reports your accountant needs at filing time. For GCC customers, the applicable local tax treatment is configured during onboarding.
Every record carries an audit trail, and access is role-based — a salesman sees his own invoices and his own customers' outstanding, not the whole company's pricing.
Tax rules change, and configurations differ by state, industry and country. Confirm your specific return, document and e-invoice thresholds with our team during the trial rather than assuming they match someone else's setup.
Bizmitra includes AI-assisted entry. Instead of moving field by field through a voucher screen, a user can describe what happened in plain language — an invoice for a customer, a payment received against a bill — and Bizmitra drafts the document with the right ledger, item and tax details pulled from your own masters.
Alongside that, sales and order prediction reads your transaction history and surfaces what a customer or route is likely to need next, which is most useful for repeat-order businesses in distribution.
Both are assistive by design, and that is an architectural choice rather than a caveat. Anything the AI proposes that would change your data is shown to a human first — as a proposal with its impact spelled out, to be approved or rejected. Nothing posts itself. We would rather the AI save your team ten minutes an invoice than quietly write something nobody checked.
AI access and daily query limits vary by plan — check the pricing page or ask during the demo.
Bizmitra fits companies with real operational complexity — stock that moves, staff in the field, more than one location — rather than single-person freelance billing.
High-volume distribution with van sales and route-wise credit.
Batch, expiry and regulated stock movement.
Deep item masters and dealer price lists.
Quotation-led selling and long order cycles.
Large SKU counts and part-number lookups.
Seasonal demand and extended dealer credit.
Typical customers are distributors, wholesalers, traders, manufacturers and multi-branch retailers — the kind of business where five to a few hundred people need the same numbers at the same time, and where a salesman standing in front of a dealer needs to know the current price and the current outstanding without phoning anyone.
There are dedicated pages for manufacturing, wholesale, retail, trading, services, automotive and textile if you want the detail for your own sector.

Drushtant Infoweb was founded in August 2017 and spent four years building Bizmitra before launching it in 2021. It is now used by customers including AQG Group, Hem Info Tech and Alma Kitchen, across India and GCC markets such as the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia — and by van-sales teams as far afield as Qatar and Malawi.
The GCC deployments matter for a practical reason: they proved out multi-branch operation with teams working in different countries against one set of books. Read the case studies.
Knowing where a product stops is more useful during evaluation than another feature list.
We do not require you to migrate off Tally to use Bizmitra. If your accounts team wants to stay in Tally, they stay in Tally and the sync does the rest. Being able to run standalone is an option, not an ultimatum.
Bizmitra tracks invoices, orders and receivables — not the movements of your employees. Field teams adopt it because it makes their day shorter, which is a large part of why rollouts actually stick.
Licences are tied to users, not handsets. A lost or replaced phone means logging in again, not raising a support ticket and waiting for a re-issue.
Bizmitra is a cloud system and expects a working connection for live data and sync. If your sites have genuinely unreliable connectivity, say so in the demo so we can assess it honestly instead of discovering it after go-live.
A trial takes minutes. A full go-live depends on your data — which is why we scope it with you instead of quoting a fixed number of days.
Create an account and get 21 days free, no credit card. Explore the modules with sample data before committing anything real.
Customers, items, price lists and opening balances come across — from Tally where you use it, or by import where you do not.
Decide who sees what. Branch-wise stock, role-based module access and approval limits are configured before users are added.
Take one order through to invoice, delivery, collection and — if Tally is in scope — the synced voucher. Test the whole loop before you switch the team over.
Bizmitra ERP is a cloud-based business management application for small and mid-sized companies. It brings GST-compliant billing, inventory, accounting, sales CRM and HR/payroll into one system that runs on the web, Android and iOS, and it can synchronise two-way with TallyPrime so the accounting team can carry on working in Tally.
It does not have to. Most customers run both: Tally stays the accounting system of record, and Bizmitra runs the daily operations — field invoicing, orders, stock, collections, CRM and HR — with vouchers syncing between the two. Businesses that do not already use Tally can run Bizmitra on its own as a complete billing and accounting system.
Yes. Bizmitra produces GST-compliant invoices and supports e-invoice and e-way bill generation for Indian businesses. It is also used across GCC markets, where the applicable local tax configuration is set up during onboarding. Confirm your specific return, tax and document requirements with our team before you go live.
Small and mid-sized businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and standalone billing software — particularly distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, traders and retailers with field sales teams, multiple branches or stock that needs to be accurate in real time. It is deployed in FMCG, pharma, electrical and hardware, industrial supply, auto parts and agri distribution.
Bizmitra offers a 21-day free trial with no credit card required. Pricing depends on the plan, the modules you enable and the number of users, and is published per country on the pricing page. For a figure matched to your team size and modules, ask for a quote during the trial.
Yes. Bizmitra supports multi-branch and multi-location operation with role-based access, so each branch sees its own stock and transactions while management sees the consolidated picture. One GCC customer, AQG Group in Bahrain, runs 50+ users across five branches on it.
Bizmitra is a cloud application and expects a working internet connection for live data and sync. Field teams typically operate over mobile data. If your sites have unreliable connectivity, raise it during the demo so the workflow can be assessed honestly rather than assumed.
A trial account is available immediately. How long a full go-live takes depends on your data — masters, opening balances, item and price lists, and whether Tally sync is part of the scope. Our onboarding team scopes this with you rather than quoting a fixed number.
Bizmitra includes AI-assisted entry, where an invoice or payment voucher can be drafted from a plain-language prompt instead of being keyed in field by field, along with sales and order predictions that surface expected demand from your own transaction history. Anything the AI proposes that would change your data is presented for a human to approve or reject before it is posted. AI access and daily query limits depend on your plan — check the pricing page or ask during the demo.
