The Bizmitra ERP roadmap is the public, continuously updated record of what is being built for Bizmitra ERP — the GST billing, inventory, accounting, payroll and Tally-sync product. Each entry states the problem the feature solves, its current status, the quarter it is expected in, and the date it was released or last updated.

Procurement Management (Source-to-Pay) with Tally Integration

The full source-to-pay chain — vendor sourcing, RFQ, quotation comparison, vendor selection, purchase order, GRN, purchase invoice and payment — integrated with Tally.

Why this matters

Purchasing is usually the least controlled spend in a small business: quotes sit in WhatsApp, approvals are verbal, and the accounts team first sees the purchase when the bill arrives. Running the whole chain in one place makes the price comparison, the approval and the received quantity auditable before any money leaves.

Payroll Import from Excel

Import employees and payroll data from Excel or an existing payroll system.

Why this matters

Payroll is the hardest module to start using, because the history has to be in place before the first run is correct. Importing from the spreadsheet or software already in use turns a multi-week data-entry project into a file upload.

Why this matters

The invoice is the one document your customer actually reads, and most businesses have a format their buyers, transporters or auditors expect. Designing it in-house removes the support request that every layout change otherwise turns into.

Bill of Materials

Define a bill of materials in Bizmitra the way you already do in Tally, with Tally sync.

Why this matters

Once production is being recorded voucher by voucher, the next constraint is retyping the same component list every time. A bill of materials makes consumption derive from the finished quantity — the second step, after the manufacturing journal, in Bizmitra becoming a full manufacturing ERP.

Record manufacturing journals in Bizmitra, including the Tally posting, the way Tally users already do.

Why this matters

A manufacturer that cannot record production in its accounting software has neither a correct cost of goods nor a correct closing stock. This is the voucher that converts raw material consumption into finished goods, so valuation, margin and reorder decisions all depend on it existing.

Miracle to Bizmitra Migration Tool

Move masters and transactions out of Miracle into Bizmitra without re-keying them.

Why this matters

What keeps businesses on software they have outgrown is the cost of moving, not the software itself. A migration path removes that lock-in — and once the data is in Bizmitra it can be exported or integrated onward, which is the point of owning your own records.

Why this matters

A live dashboard consolidating data across Tally companies, readable from any device.

Why this matters

Owners, CFOs and CAs are the people least likely to be sitting at the office desktop where Tally is installed, and consolidated figures across group companies normally mean exporting each company to Excel first. A live consolidated view turns month-end reporting into a decision that can be made today.

Connect Bizmitra with Odoo so operational and accounting records stay aligned.

Why this matters

Odoo users typically end up maintaining a second set of records wherever Odoo does not reach, and hand-copied data drifts within weeks. A direct connection keeps one version of masters and transactions across both systems.

Open API for Tally Integration

Point your own endpoints at Bizmitra and sync data to and from Tally over a documented API — no Tally XML, no desktop development.

Why this matters

Anyone building their own app, portal or report against Tally today has to learn Tally XML and ship Windows software to reach it. An open API turns that into ordinary REST work, which is why it matters most to CAs and developers who want Tally data in their own format — or in Excel, with no website at all.

Zoho Integration

Connect Bizmitra with Zoho applications so the same records do not have to be kept twice.

Why this matters

Teams on Zoho usually run billing or inventory somewhere else, which means customer and item lists get maintained in two places. An integration removes the duplicate upkeep and the mismatched reports it produces.

Customer Portal — B2B Ordering & Self-Service Billing

A customer-facing portal with per-customer catalogues and pricing, cart and repeat ordering, order history, outstanding invoices, ledger statements, online payment and downloadable receipts. Sales orders sync to Bizmitra and Tally.

Why this matters

Distributors take most B2B orders over WhatsApp and phone and then retype them, which is exactly where wrong quantities and wrong prices enter the system. Letting buyers order against their own catalogue and settle their own invoices removes that re-entry, and gives them a permanent billing history that does not depend on finding an old WhatsApp message.

Multiple Receipt Modes on a Sales Invoice

Record several payment modes against a single sales invoice as you save it.

Why this matters

Customers routinely settle one bill with part cash, part UPI and part card, and a single-mode receipt forces the counter either to split the invoice or to fix it later. Capturing the split at the point of sale keeps cash, bank and card balances right without a second entry.

Why this matters

On a shared installation, any user who can delete or cancel a voucher is a user management cannot hold accountable — a Bizmitra customer running 35+ Tally users moved for exactly this reason. An audit trail answers who changed what, and self-service recovery turns a mistake into a few minutes rather than a support ticket.

Why this matters

Roadmap FAQ

The questions we get asked most about how this roadmap works.

How often is the Bizmitra ERP roadmap updated?
The roadmap is updated as work moves between stages — typically several times a month. Every card carries the date it was released or last updated, so you can see how current the entry is rather than trusting the page as a whole.
Are the dates on the Bizmitra ERP roadmap commitments?
Planned and in-progress items show a target quarter, not a guaranteed release date. We publish the target so you can plan, and we move it in public when reality changes instead of quietly letting it slip. Items under "Shipped" carry an actual release date and are live for every customer on a current plan.
What is the difference between the roadmap and the changelog?
The roadmap looks forward: what we are building and why. The changelog looks backward: the detailed, version-by-version record of what already changed. A shipped roadmap item usually links to its changelog entry for the full detail.
Can I request a feature or influence the priority?
Yes. Customer demand is the single largest input into what we build next. Use the "Request this feature" link on any card, or the suggestion form at the bottom of the page, and tell us what the feature would let you stop doing manually — concrete workflow detail moves priority far more than a plus-one.
Why does each roadmap item explain why the feature is needed?
Because a feature name alone does not tell you whether it solves your problem. "Batch-wise opening balance" means nothing until you know it exists so pharma and food distributors can carry expiry-dated stock into a new financial year without re-keying it. The rationale is there so you can judge relevance in one read.
Is there a roadmap for the Tally connector as well?
Yes — the desktop connector ships on its own release train and has its own roadmap at /connector-app/roadmap, including every published stable version and its release notes.
