How billing works

One plan per application. Charged per active production company.

Plan is determined at the Application level. All customers and Tally companies under the same Application inherit the capabilities enabled for that Application. Recurring charges are calculated based on the number of active production companies under that Application.

Every customer and every Tally company inside an application inherits that application’s enabled capabilities. Different applications can be on different plans.

Quarterly in advance

Companies activated during a billing period are charged pro-rata to the next renewal date. From the next quarter it renews at the full plan rate.

White label and larger deployments.

White Label

₹25,000 per application / year

Ship the Connector and its installer under your own name, logo, icon and colours, in a dedicated application environment — Bizmitra stays invisible to your customers.

Charged in addition to the per-company subscription for that application. Subject to approval by Drushtant Infoweb Pvt. Ltd. and acceptance of the applicable white-label terms.

  • White-label branding is subject to approval and the applicable white-label terms.
  • The white-label fee applies per branded application, per year.
  • Each application has a defined set of enabled capabilities.
  • Production company subscriptions are billed quarterly in advance.
  • New companies added during a billing period are charged pro-rata until the next renewal.
  • Volume and enterprise pricing is available separately.
  • Custom development, non-standard Tally customisation, implementation and professional services are not included in standard subscription pricing.
  • Features marked upcoming or beta are not included production capabilities until they are released.

What is not included

Standard subscription pricing does not include custom Tally development, custom TDL work, bespoke reports, customer-specific workflows, implementation services, training, or non-standard integrations unless specifically agreed in writing.

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered.

What counts as a production company?
A Tally company that is paired to a production application and active — that is, able to sync. It is counted from the day it is activated until it is disconnected. Sandbox companies and companies you have disconnected are not counted.
Can one developer have multiple applications?
Yes. One developer account can hold as many applications as you need, each with its own API keys, branding, enabled capabilities and company list.
Can different applications use different plans?
Yes. The plan is chosen per application, so you can run one application on Starter and another on Advanced under the same developer account. Every customer and Tally company inside an application inherits that application’s plan.
Is Sandbox free?
Yes. Sandbox is free — build, test and pair test companies at no charge. Subscription charges begin only for active production companies.
What happens if I add a company mid-quarter?
It is charged pro-rata from its activation date to your next renewal date, and then at the full plan rate from the following quarter.
Does White Label include subscription charges?
No. The white-label fee is ₹25,000 per branded application per year and is charged in addition to the per-company subscription for that application. It covers branding of the Connector and installer, not the sync itself.
Is custom development included?
No. Standard subscription pricing covers the published, standard capabilities of the plan you are on. Custom Tally or TDL development, bespoke reports, customer-specific workflows, implementation, training and non-standard integrations are quoted separately.
Is this the same as Bizmitra ERP pricing?
No. This page prices the Bizmitra Tally Connector for SaaS and software developers integrating their own product with their customers’ Tally. Bizmitra ERP — the billing, inventory and accounting product businesses use directly — is priced separately on its own pricing page.
