Interpretation. This document describes Bizmitra’s current service and current-law position as at the date above. Mandatory law prevails where it cannot lawfully be varied. Read it with the other Bizmitra legal documents referenced in it.
1. Lawful and authorised use
Use Bizmitra only for lawful business purposes and only with data, accounts, systems and integrations you are authorised to access/process.
2. Prohibited security abuse
Do not introduce malware, ransomware, destructive code or credential-stealing content.
Do not probe, scan, exploit or test Bizmitra security without written authorisation.
Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, user/company limits or other technical controls.
Do not conduct denial-of-service activity or disruptive scraping/automation.
Do not use stolen credentials, impersonate another person or attempt unauthorised access to another tenant.
3. Prohibited data/content use
Do not upload/process personal data you lack lawful authority to use.
Do not place sensitive/regulated data into a country/deployment that requires a permit, approval or localisation unless it has been satisfied.
Do not use Bizmitra to send spam, phishing, deceptive/unlawful marketing or rights-infringing content.
Do not use the public AI chat as a repository for confidential payroll/health/government-ID/financial-credential/trade-secret information.
Do not use Bizmitra for unlawful discrimination, fraud, harassment or other unlawful activity.
4. APIs, Connector and integrations
API keys, Connector credentials and integration access must be kept confidential and used only within authorised customer/application scopes. Developers must not exceed sandbox/production permissions, conceal abusive automation or use integrations to access data outside the customer’s authority.
5. Enforcement
Bizmitra may investigate suspected misuse and may rate-limit, block, suspend or terminate the affected user, integration, feature, tenant or guest session where reasonably necessary to protect security, other customers, legal compliance or service availability. Where appropriate, Bizmitra will seek to limit enforcement to the affected scope and provide an opportunity to cure.
6. Reporting
Security vulnerabilities should be reported to security@bizmitra.io. Abuse or legal complaints may be sent to grievance@bizmitra.io.
