The master agreement governing your use of the Bizmitra Developer Platform.
1. ACCEPTANCE. By accessing the Developer Portal, APIs, connector builds, or any protected feature, you agree to these Developer Terms on behalf of yourself and your organisation.
2. PLATFORM USAGE. You may use the platform to build, test, and distribute integrations with Bizmitra in accordance with the published documentation and these terms.
3. DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES. You are responsible for your applications, the security of your credentials, and the conduct of every user under your developer account.
4. API USAGE RULES. You must respect rate limits, use only documented endpoints, and not attempt to circumvent metering, quotas, or access controls.
5. WHITE-LABEL LICENSING. Branded connector builds are licensed, not sold. Distribution is limited to your own customers under the White-label & Branding Policy.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Bizmitra retains all rights in the platform, APIs, and connector application. You retain rights in your own application code.
7. RESTRICTIONS. No reverse engineering, resale of raw API access, or use that competes with Bizmitra's core product except as expressly permitted.
8. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, or non-payment, with notice where practicable.
9. SUPPORT. Support is provided on a commercially reasonable-effort basis unless a separate SLA applies.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizmitra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES. These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the courts of the stated jurisdiction, with good-faith negotiation first.
