How long we keep data, how to export it, how to request deletion, and regional rights.
1. RETENTION. Account records are kept for the life of the developer account. Operational logs (API request metadata) are retained for a limited rolling window. Audit and acceptance records are retained as required for legal and compliance purposes.
2. EXPORT. You may request an export of your developer account data through support. We provide it in a machine-readable format within a reasonable period.
3. DELETION. You may request deletion of your developer account. We remove personal records subject to retention obligations and short backup windows during which residual copies may persist.
4. REGIONAL RIGHTS. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights: India DPDP (notice, correction, erasure, grievance redressal), EU/UK GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection), and California CCPA/CPRA (know, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/share — we do not sell your data). Submit requests through support; we verify identity before acting.
5. BACKUPS. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until they age out of the backup rotation.
