What branding is permitted, ownership, and distribution rules for connector builds.
1. PERMITTED CUSTOMISATION. You may customise the connector display name, logo, colours, and support contact within the branding tool.
2. WHAT CANNOT BE MODIFIED. Core connector functionality, security mechanisms, licensing enforcement, and Bizmitra's underlying attributions must not be altered or removed.
3. OWNERSHIP. The connector application and its underlying technology remain the property of Bizmitra. Branding grants you a limited licence, not ownership.
4. LICENSING RESTRICTIONS. Branded builds are licensed for distribution to your own customers only, for use with Bizmitra integrations.
5. DISTRIBUTION RULES. You are responsible for how you distribute branded builds and for your customers' compliance with these terms.
6. TRADEMARK USAGE. You may use your own trademarks in branding. You may not use Bizmitra trademarks except as expressly permitted, and you may not imply that your product is the Bizmitra core product.
7. REVOCATION. Branding and distribution rights may be revoked for misuse, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.
